Our Announcers Make More Money
All of our announcers currently have the lifestyle Radio Presenters used to have! If you want to make less than a commercial
 cleaner (yes its true) and work for the average weekly wage on air we’re not the company for you. We don’t ever pay our
 announcers wages. Instead all of our announcers from our most high profile, to our fill-ins are allowed to sell a healthy
 percentage of the available advertising time during their shift hours (yes once upon a time you would have to be John Laws to get
 such a deal!). We pay very generous commissions on the campaigns you sell (even at a starter grade). This means you really get
 to share in the ongoing success you have on air - the better your shift does the more in your pocket each week.
Home studio or BONDI STUDIOS
Although very few Radio companies seem to have noticed; times and technology have changed! A lot of on-air talent is taking
 advantage of seamlessly working from their home studio’s. Our cutting edge studio’s in Bondi support in-house or external
 studio facilities live to air in broadcast quality audio. Our Radio network is diverse covering many locations (check out just where
 we cover here) so whether you are based in the actual job location is now less important. We currently employ several announcers
 from quite diverse locations within Australia working with a group Producer.
